Prof. Saroj Dash leads the Quantum Device Physics group at Chalmers University of Technology, focusing on nanoelectronics, spintronics, and quantum materials. His research explores electronic charge and spin transport in 2D materials such as graphene, 2D magnets, and van der Waals heterostructures, aiming to integrate memory and logic functionalities in nanoelectronic devices. His group pioneers novel nanofabrication techniques and advanced experiments in quantum and spin physics, contributing to cutting-edge advancements in topological quantum devices and spin-orbit technologies.
